A Rustic, Charming Home with Class

I had the pleasure of photographing this home a couple weeks ago.  Debra and her husband Orlan just finished building it and it. is. a. BEAUTY! Orlan is a contractor and Deb stages homes. What do you get when a contractor and home stager design a home together? SPECTACULAR! They used reclaimed wood for the floors and ceiling. So much detail went into this house it's mind-boggling!

Debra has started a business staging homes and as you can see she is so talented at it! Most of the furniture is either from garage sales and auctions and re-painted or re-upholstered, or it's from Restoration Hardware, or it was custom made.

The living room and kitchen are Debra's favorite rooms. She wanted something homy but not too cluttered.

Most of the light fixtures throughout the home are also from Restoration Hardware.

They used Sherwin Williams "Pure White" on the walls in the kitchen, dining and living room. Don't you love the black and white??

Who would have thought such a large chandelier would look so good in a tiny bathroom.

Bedroom wall color is Sherwin Williams "Sea Salt".

Debra LOVES old books. They were everywhere! She especially wanted some in the master bedroom, along with baskets and boxes to make it look more lived-in.

Deb described this room as her "vintage room"...where she can decorate with vintage pieces and wallpaper...a cozy and feminine room for her daughters to stay when they come to visit.

...And this room for the boys. I so loved this room!!

The Family room is painted in Sherwin Williams' "Creamy".

Here is where Deb dreams and creates.

Hope you found this gorgeous home as inspiring as I did! When I think of all the time and thought put into every single room I'm overwhelmed!
